At Lode, we design clothing to be pushed hard, from Dartmoor to wherever your climbing takes you. If something fails due to a manufacturing fault, we’ll make it right.

What’s covered

We offer a lifetime warranty on all Lode products against manufacturing defects.

This includes:

  • Faulty stitching
  • Material defects
  • Construction issues

What’s not covered our warranty does not cover:

  • Fair wear and tear
  • Accidental damage (tears, burns, abrasions)
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care
Climbing is tough on gear — and that’s exactly what it’s made for.
How to make a warranty claim Email us and we’ll take a look. In your email please include:
•    Your order number 
•    One photo of the full item 
•    Three close-up photos of the issue 
•    A short description of what happened 
Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll let you know the next steps as quickly as possible.
